June review

Touch Grass

Worked

How it went

June was a big win. Building exercise into everyday family life made it almost effortless.

Notes

Biking the kids to school took care of morning sunlight and outdoor exercise five days a week. Using my phone less around the kids made me more present, though I slipped a bit at the end of the month.

Next time

July is about teaching the kids new skills: bike riding, swimming and chess.

2026 in experiments

One challenge a month, and an honest result at the end of each. 9 finished so far: 6 worked, 2 partly, 1 didn't stick.
